Team Participation Agreement

Victory Legend FC – Team Participation Agreement

By submitting a payment and participating in Victory Legend FC, you agree to the following terms, policies, and waivers.

1. Purpose of Participation

Victory Legend FC is a team/group organized to manage practices, games, and related activities. All payments collected are used only for shared team expenses, such as:

  • League or tournament registration fees
  • Practice field rentals
  • Equipment, uniforms, and administrative costs

No portion of any payment is used for personal income or profit.

2. Payment Terms

  1. Payments must be made via e-Transfer to sidinasidine@outlook.com or through the official online payment portal.
  2. Include your full name and team name in the message or reference field.
  3. Payments are final once processed.

3. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • Event cancellation before it begins
  • Administrative error in payment processing
  • Team administration decision in exceptional circumstances (e.g., player injury, duplicate payment, roster change)

Refund requests must be submitted via email within 10 business days of payment. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

4. Liability and Assumption of Risk

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. You are paying a participation fee, not making a donation.
  2. Victory Legend FC is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses during practices, games, or other team activities, including travel to and from events.
  3. You are responsible for your own insurance or medical coverage.
  4. Victory Legend FC is not responsible for any personal tax implications.

5. Liability Waiver

By making a payment and participating, you waive any claims against Victory Legend FC, its organizers, and volunteers for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.

For parents/guardians: By paying the participation fee for your child, you agree to this waiver on their behalf and confirm you have the legal right to do so.

6. Privacy Policy

Victory Legend FC respects your privacy. Personal information collected may include:

  • Personal Details: Full name, email, phone number, and team affiliation
  • Payment Details: Payment method, transaction information, and amount
  • Other Details: Comments or messages for team communication

Use of Information:

  • To process payments and manage participation
  • To communicate schedules, updates, or announcements
  • To maintain accurate team and payment records

Your information will never be sold or shared outside of team activities. Payment processing may involve third-party services (e.g., e-Transfer), and Victory Legend FC is not responsible for their privacy practices.

Your Rights: You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting sidinasidine@outlook.com.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

  • Behave respectfully toward organizers, teammates, and opponents
  • Follow team rules, schedules, and instructions
  • Avoid any actions that may harm others or damage property

Victory Legend FC reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct or violation of rules.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to payments, participation, or team activities will be handled solely by the team administration. All decisions are final.
